Navo Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Navo, an independent unofficial Telegram client. Navo is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc. or Telegram FZ-LLC. “Telegram” is a trademark of its respective owner.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

By installing or using Navo you agree to these Terms, the Navo Privacy Policy, and Telegram’s Terms of Service and API Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Navo is

Navo lets you sign in to an existing Telegram account via TDLib and use messaging features through a custom interface. You must obtain and use your own Telegram API credentials where required by Telegram’s rules and the app’s configuration.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

Comply with Telegram’s rules and applicable law.
Not use Navo for spam, harassment, scams, malware distribution, or other abusive behavior.
Not attempt to disrupt Telegram’s network or reverse-engineer TDLib/native components beyond what open-source licenses allow.
Keep your device and account credentials secure.

Navo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can filter messages with Keyword Blocker, report content through Telegram, and block users through Telegram.

4. Unofficial client disclaimer

Navo is provided independently. Telegram may restrict third-party clients, change APIs, or terminate sessions. Features may break without notice. Use at your own risk.

5. Ads and paid features

Global mobile builds may show ads in channels. Ad behavior is also subject to Google’s ad policies when AdMob is used.

6. Intellectual property

Navo’s branding, UI design, and original code are owned by their respective copyright holders. Third-party components (Flutter, TDLib, ntgcalls, etc.) remain under their own licenses. Telegram trademarks and assets remain Telegram’s property — do not imply official affiliation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Navo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or chats arising from your use of Navo or Telegram’s network.

9. Termination

You may stop using Navo at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing the app. Telegram may revoke API access or sessions independently.
